Not ordinary fruit cake. A rich, buttery nutty fruit cake handmade in Adelaide since 1967 with 67% premium fruit and whole nuts.

Our fruit and nut cakes are generously filled with whole nuts, glazed fruit and dried fruit, creating its distinctive richness and texture.
To achieve the perfect slice, use a large, sharp knife and cut portions approximately 2cm thick. Position the knife and press down in one firm, swift motion to glide through the nuts. Avoid a sawing action, as this will cause the cake to crumble.
In hot weather, we recommend refrigerating the cake for at least 1 hour prior to cutting, to firm it up and make it easier to cut.

This cake is handmade and hand garnished resulting in natural variations, including colour and placement/amount of certain ingredients. Because of the whole fruit and nut ingredients in the cake and where they fall in the mixing process, it may not slice cleanly without breakage.
