Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday from our factory in Melrose Park SA 5039 via Australia Post.

Standard Orders
Spend $199 or more and enjoy free delivery Australia-wide.

Large and Business Gift Orders
Free delivery over $199 applies to standard online orders sent to one Australian address. Large-quantity, business gift and multi-carton orders may incur an additional delivery charge based on the size, weight and destination of the order. We will confirm any additional charge before dispatch.

We deliver internationally to most countries, with shipping calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order. For international orders over 2kg, additional shipping charges may apply based on the destination and total weight of the parcel.

    How to get here

    Access via South Road: Turn left between Carpet Court and McDonald's onto Kegworth Road, or access via Spotlight carpark.

    Access via Melrose Park (off Wheaton Rd): To avoid South Road, park at Kegworth Reserve and walk past the bollards towards South Road. The shop is on the other side of the bollards.

    There are 3 parking spaces on our premises plus additional on-street parking spaces. Please leave the driveways clear.

    How to get here
    Adelaide Arcade is situated between Rundle Mall and Grenfell Street. Access via Rundle Mall, Grenfell Street or Twin Street.

    Parking
    Wilson Adelaide Central is the closest carpark. There are also several 10 minute loading zones on Hyde Street, Grenfell Street, and Twin Street.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES

  • Due to the nature of our cakes and the fact that they are a hand baked item, we cannot guarantee they will remain completely intact during the shipping process despite being protected by suitable padding and outer protection.

  • If you place an order for chocolate during hot weather above 28C, please understand and accept the risk that the chocolate will melt in transit due to heat. We will hold back on dispatching your order until the weather cools down. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for postal delays or situations causing chocolate to melt.

  • We aim to use recyclable packing materials where possible. Please be mindful of our environment by disposing of these materials appropriately as you unpack your order.
