Our best-selling Ditters Gourmet Cake is loved by many. Bursting with glace pineapple and cherries, citrus peel, cashews, walnuts, almonds and Brazil nuts, it contains 89% glace fruit, dried fruit and whole nuts. Dairy and gluten free.

Present it whole as a Christmas centrepiece or slice it thinly to add to a cheese platter or grazing board. We recommend using a large sharp, non-serrated knife in one swift action down.

This cake is handmade and hand garnished resulting in natural variations, including colour and placement/amount of certain ingredients. Because of the whole fruit and nut ingredients in the cake and where they fall in the mixing process, it may not slice cleanly without breakage.
