Donation Requests

As a South Australian family business, we value the local organisations and initiatives that bring our community together.

Each year, Ditters supports a limited number of these through product donations.

If you would like us to consider supporting your event or initiative, please read the guidelines below and complete the application form.

Before you apply

Local benefit: We prioritise charitable, community, educational and cultural initiatives with a clear benefit to South Australians.

Advance notice: Please apply at least six weeks before you need the donation.

Our donations: We select the products we donate, usually a gift bag or hamper suitable as a standalone raffle or auction prize.

What we cannot provide: We do not donate products for attendee gift bags or goody bags, or provide custom packaging.

Presentation: Donations must remain intact and be presented as a distinct Ditters gift. They must not be divided or combined into another prize without our prior agreement.

Acknowledgement: Please explain how Ditters will be acknowledged. If your application is approved, we will confirm these arrangements with you.

Collection: Collection from an agreed Ditters store is preferred. Any delivery arrangements must be agreed before approval.

Previous support: We normally provide no more than one donation per organisation per calendar year.

We review applications monthly. As a small business, we cannot support every worthwhile request, and previous support does not guarantee a future donation.

Please submit all donation requests through this form, including requests from organisations we have supported before. This helps us consider applications consistently and ensures we have the information we need.
