When you purchase a Ditters Digital Gift Card, a unique gift card code is emailed to you or your chosen recipient. Simply enter the code at checkout to redeem the gift card value against any online purchase.

By default, your Digital Gift Card is emailed as soon as your order is complete.

Prefer to send it later? Simply choose the 'Email to You' delivery option at checkout. We'll email the Gift Card to you instead, so you can forward the email or PDF to your recipient whenever the time is right.

Digital Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Include a personalised gift message at checkout and we'll add it to the Digital Gift Card email sent to your recipient.

We want giving and receiving a Ditters Digital Gift Card to be simple and enjoyable. Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions.

• Ditters Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed for products up to the value of the card. If only part of the balance is used, the remaining value stays on the Gift Card for future purchases.

• Gift Cards can only be redeemed through the Ditters online store at ditters.com.au/shop.

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• All Gift Card values include GST.

• If your order total is greater than the remaining Gift Card balance, you can simply pay the difference at checkout.

• Digital Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• If we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity involving a Gift Card, we may temporarily delay redemption while we investigate.

• In the unlikely event that the Ditters online store permanently closes, any unused Gift Card balances cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Please treat your Gift Card like cash. If it is lost or stolen, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to replace it if you can provide satisfactory proof of purchase and the Gift Card has not already been redeemed.

• We understand that circumstances can change. If you have an unused Gift Card and would like to request a refund, please get in touch with us and we'll consider your request. Gift Cards that have been partially redeemed are not eligible for a refund.
