Come along to Ditters Adelaide Arcade during SA History Festival in May to discover the story behind the Ditters Gourmet Cake, created in 1967 and passed down through four generations.

Learn how this cherished South Australian Christmas tradition took shape, drawing generations of home bakers to Ditters for ingredients, and why thousands of cakes are still enjoyed each year.

Sessions run daily at 11.30am and 3.30pm, excluding Sundays. A complimentary tasting is included. Come along to any session.
