Made from durable cast metal, it uses a wonderfully simple lever action. Lift the squirrel’s tail, place an almond or walnut in its mouth, press down and let it do the cracking.

Place The Ditters Squirrel Nutcracker on a stable surface.
Lift the tail to open the mouth.
Place an almond or walnut in the mouth.
Hold the base firmly with one hand.
Press the tail down to crack the shell.
Remove the shell and enjoy.
Care and SafetyDesigned for almonds and walnuts. Not suitable for cracking macadamias or other exceptionally hard shells. Do not apply excessive force.
Keep fingers clear of the mouth-closing mechanism during use.
Brush away shell fragments after use and wipe with a damp cloth. Hand wash only if required and dry thoroughly. Not dishwasher safe. For added protection, store The Ditters Squirrel Nutcracker in its original box when not in use.
