Christmas delivery dates – Domestic

We ship Australia-wide from Adelaide, South Australia. Please place your online order 3-5 working days before the delivery cutoff dates displayed below to allow sufficient time for packing and processing.

Delivery rates

We charge a flat rate of $12 for standard delivery to metropolitan and regional Australia.

Delivery is free for orders over $75. Use the code FREE75 at checkout.

Please note: Due to the nature of our cakes and the fact that they are a hand baked item, we cannot guarantee they will remain intact during the shipping process despite being protected by suitable padding and outer protection. If this concerns you, we recommend purchasing the cakes from one of our stockists.

 

Delivery timeframes

Please note that these timeframes are valid from the time you receive the email notification that your parcel has been dispatched, not from the time of order. Your online order may take up to 3 working days to process.

 

Phone orders

If you would prefer to place an order over the phone, please call 08 7127 2166 to do so. Please note, however, that all phone orders will incur an $8 admin fee. Our office hours are limited and are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 2:30pm | Closed weekends

We are located in Adelaide, South Australia. Please note the time difference when making a phone call.

 

International orders

International delivery is currently unavailable via our website, however, please contact us as we do offer international delivery on a case-by-case basis.

International orders can be placed via email or phone (08 7127 2166). The admin charge of $8 for phone orders will not apply to international orders.

 

Packaging materials

Please be mindful of our environment by disposing of packaging materials appropriately as you unpack your order.

All our deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.
