Why buy our products?

Our aim with every one of our products is to supply you with the best fruit and nut products at the best possible prices. We use 100% Australian produce where available and our offering will always be top quality and premium in terms of look, taste and content.

We aim for packaging and shipping materials that can be 100% recycled or repurposed. We are committed to avoiding single use plastic and take our environmental responsibilities seriously to the point of wearing some of these costs ourselves.

We are South Australian owned and operated, and have been based in Adelaide since our beginnings in 1918. Currently, all our suppliers are also based in South Australia.

Why stock our products?

Our main focus is to look after our stockists well. We offer multiple and flexible delivery options, we make sure our products look great in your store, we promote your store through our website and social media channels, we are generous with samples, and we provide printed and digital advertising collateral such as posters, stands, bags and social media images to help you shift our products faster.

We will make your life easier by providing clear and reasonable terms, maintaining timely communication, and just generally being easy and honest people to deal with.

How do I order wholesale?

Please use the form below in the first instance if you are interested in becoming a stockist.

When will I receive my order?

Online orders are packed and posted every Wednesday and Friday. Your order will be posted on the first Wednesday or Friday following your order. If your order is placed on a Wednesday, it will be posted on Friday, and vice versa. Orders will take up to 6 working days for domestic shipping and 6 to 10 working days for international delivery* from the time of posting. Standard Australia Post delivery only; express post is not an option at this stage.

*Please note that there are external factors out of our control, such as customs, which can sometimes delay your international shipment

What if there is something wrong with my order?

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please email a photo of the problem to returns@ditters.com.au. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or give you a credit note, whichever you prefer. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
