Since 1918, Ditters has been an Adelaide name for the finest nuts, dried fruit, glacé fruit, chocolate, cakes and gifts. Founded by Otto Ditter, who pioneered commercial nut roasting in Australia, Ditters has grown from a market stall into a much-loved South Australian family business, enjoyed by generations across Australia.
