From Generation to Generation: The Ditters Gourmet Cake Story

As part of the South Australian History Festival, we invite you to revisit a familiar part of our state’s story — the Ditters Gourmet Cake. Since 1967, this much-loved cake has found its way onto Christmas tables and into family celebrations across generations.

Through a thoughtfully curated visual display, step back into memories of baking, sharing, and celebration. Discover how this iconic cake came to be, and how it has been carefully passed down from one generation to the next.

Guests are invited to enjoy a small tasting as part of the experience.
